I live in Tampa, Florida with my family. It's home — I love it here. Warm weather, good people, and enough going on that you never really get bored.
During the day I run Ideal Talent Group, a recruiting agency that helps companies find the right people. Not just anyone with the right resume, but people who actually fit — the kind of hire that changes a team. That's what we care about.
I've been an entrepreneur my whole adult life. Started companies in tech, real estate, consumer products, events — some worked out great, some didn't, all of them taught me something. These days I'm also spending a lot of time with AI and figuring out how it can make businesses run smarter.
Outside of work, I travel as much as I can. The Greek Islands are probably my favorite place on earth. I ski every winter and try to make it somewhere new every year. When I'm home I'm usually with family, around cars, or planning the next trip.

Lifelong thing. I've organized rallies, worked around McLaren and Rolls-Royce, raced against fighter jets. This one's never going away.
Every year I help bring 15+ exotic cars up to Connecticut for Special Olympic Athletes. Six months of planning and it's the best weekend of my year, every single time.
Mountain biking in Moab, skiing whenever I can, road cycling around Tampa. Working through the National Parks. Best ideas show up when I'm not staring at a screen.
